Embassy Business Park. Embassies are expanded in the Central American countries that are the major sources of immigrants. The expanded embassies would have more immigration processing officials and increased land to hold U.S. owned and operated businesses. Immigration applicants are required to apply for U.S. immigration in their country of origin. This allows applicants to stay in their own homes while their application is being processed and reduces the immigrants exposure to criminal gangs south of the U.S. border. Applicants that are high risk of violence in their country can live in the embassy business park and, if qualified, can work at one of the embassy park businesses.
For national security purposes, semiconductor, medical products and other items need to have their supply chains shortened. Placing some of this manufacturing in Central American embassy business parks will attain that goal. Adding manufacturing capability in Central American countries will boost the local economy and lessen the desire to emigrate into the U.S. Immigration candidates that prove to be excellent workers can receive preference for immigration.
